 Shelter personnel conduct the following animal control activities.
Adopt out strays, unwanted and abandoned animals.
Humanely euthanize those animals we are unable to place.
Provide shelter care for all the animals.
Provide clean and sanitized pins and cages daily.
Provide information on pet owner responsibility and pet care.
Maintain accurate records on all animal control activities.
Provide adoption counseling.
Microchip adopted animals.

 Field Services
Patrol throughout the City on a daily basis.
Respond to animal-related emergencies.
Impound dogs at large and rescue animals in distress.
Enforce all animal control laws and investigate reports of animal abuse.
Enforcement of City ordinances and state laws pertaining to animals
Investigation of cruelty and welfare cases
Respond to citizen complaints
Investigation of animal bites/attacks

Reclaim Fees: $30.00 pickup charge and $5.00 for every day after
