Inside City Limits Minimum Additional
Residential $ 20.01 $ 2.33 per 1,000 gallons

Outside City Limits
Residential $ 30.34 $ 3.69 per 1,000 gallons
Commercial 41.06 3.69 per 1,000 gallons
Bulk Water $20.00 $ 7.10 per 1,000 gallon

A surcharge of $.063 per meter and $.038 per each 1,000 gallons used shall be collected to be used only to defray the construction costs associated with the construction of the 2008 USDA Rural Development Loan of $2,267,000.00. Upon completion and final payment of the costs associated with said project, the surcharge imposed shall automatically expire.
Water Tap Fee :
All Water Taps: $1,200.00
Meter Deposits :
Residential $150.00
Commercial $200.00 - 500.00
Transfer Fee:
A transfer of service from one service address to another shall be charged a fee of $30.00.
Tampering Fee:
A tampering fee of $500.00 will be charged to anyone turning on or off water.
Discontinuance of Water and/or Sewer Service for Failure to Pay:
Payments not received; either by mail or personal appearance; by 4:00 p.m. on the twenty-fifth day of each month or in the event the twenty-fifth falls on a weekend the next regular workday shall result in a termination of service and a reconnection fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) will be charged prior to restoring service, even if service has not been disconnected. The delinquent account must also be paid in full prior to service being restored.
Return Check Fee:
If a check is returned to the City for insufficent funds, a fee of $25.00 will be applied.
